                AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HILSHIRE VILLAGE, TEXAS, THE SAME BEING THE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY, BY DELETING FROM ARTICLE 7.000 ALL OF SECTION 7.200 THEREOF AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A NEW SECTION 7.200, TO PROVIDE FOR RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL WATER RATES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
