We take
off early for IAH and our first stop in Honolulu – arriving about
2:30PM.
Mike and
Nona meet us – and we learn that they have just moved into a new condo
as of yesterday!! Moreover, Honolulu had experienced a total
black out due to a thunder-lightening storm on the preceding Friday so
off we went to Nona’s office to make sure that all computer connections
and files were fine. And what a difference from 2 years
ago, when Nona and Mike were importing (everything!!) from Ebay to
furnish and decorate the office.

Cheers to both – they
seem to be thriving.
And their
new Condo is beautiful and elegant and dreamily posed on the
canal. Great sunsets, ambiance and jelly fish!! We enjoyed
BBQ grilled at the pool, visiting with Mike’s mom and delighting in the
youthful dreams, projects and interests of Mia Lani!!

We also enjoyed
a much needed hike and exercise outlet on the coast –hiking to a
lighthouse and slopes revered for the years of WWII.
