A.  Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Hilshire Village, Chapter 12, by providing new definitions of ÒcarportÓ and Òporte-cochereÓ, prohibiting any residential detached garage or accessory building from being located nearer than ten feet to any rear lot line, requiring a drainage plan prior to the issuance of a building permit, and limiting the size of private garages.

    B.     Ordinance No. _______ (Title:  An ordinance amending the CityÕs Building Code to provide new floodplain management standards.)  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HILSHIRE VILLAGE, TEXAS, BY STRIKING ALL OF ARTICLE 3.300 OF CHAPTER 3 THEREOF AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A NEW ARTICLE 3.300 OF CHAPTER 3; PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PREVENTION OF FLOOD DAMAGE; PROVIDING A PENALTY OF AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000 FOR EACH DAY OF VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION HEREOF; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECTÉ.Tab 17.
