NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hilshire Village, Texas will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 7:30 P M in the City Hall Chambers at 8301 Westview, Houston, Texas to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for the year 2005. The proposed tax rate is 0.362424 per $100 of value.

The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in the City of Hilshire Village by $16,807.
