It is fine to transfer things from one person's
card to another, providing
that the new person is a registered member of the loan closet
with fees
paid up. We of course, need to know about it and we must be assured
that
both parties are in agreement about what is being transferred.
It would
be helpful if both of you could come in to the loan closet to
accomplish
this. If that is just impossible then we would take a signed snail
mail
letter from the new person saying he/she was now going to be responsible
for the following items ( list them). We strongly prefer personal
contact.
